Gate valves provide linear-motion pipeline isolation by raising or lowering a gate across the flow path. The range includes wedge type valves for industrial service and resilient seated (RSV) valves for compatible water duties. Selection depends on the sealing system, medium, pressure and temperature.

- Gate moves perpendicular to the pipeline flow
- Designed primarily for fully open or fully closed isolation duty
- Wedge and seating system selected for the application
- Stem arrangement and installation clearance coordinated with the site
